EU Welcomes Lifting of Azerbaijan's Transit Restrictions on Goods to Armenia

The EU welcomes the lifting of all transit restrictions by Azerbaijan on goods to Armenia. This was announced by the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Magdalena Grono.

“The meeting in Geneva between the spokespersons of Azerbaijan and Armenia is inspiring. The EU welcomes the preparatory work for the Armenia-Turkey meeting regarding the restoration of the Shirak-Kars railway line,” noted Grono.
