As Much as Serge was President, That’s How Much Katrych is Supreme Patriarch: Hayk Konjoryan

I read that the rejected Serge has stated, “As soon as the Supreme Patriarch says a word, we are ready to stand in any church, at any point in Armenia.” This was reported by Hayk Konjoryan, the head of the parliamentary faction of the Civil Contract party.

“Where are you supposed to stand, what are you going to do, what does this sound like, a battle cry? As much as Serge was president, that’s how much Katrych is patriarch: two rejected individuals are winking at each other, turning the Church into a political battleground. Be patient, soon you will find yourselves alongside each other in the honorable line of rejected individuals, serving as loud examples of political and moral decay,” he noted.
