Vardanik the Mayor Born from Serzh Sargsyan's Coalition: Vahagn Aleksanyan

“Martun Grigoryan collected rumors from people and sold them to Vardanik. Vardanik the mayor was born as a result of Serzh Sargsyan's coalition, and it is natural that what is born from your coalition must be a corrupt individual,” the deputy said.
