Do Political Forces That Made a Corrupt Official Mayor Have Nothing to Say? Torosyan on Vardan Ghukasyan's Arrest

The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Arsen Torosyan, wrote on Facebook: "Do the political forces that made a corrupt official the mayor have nothing to say? Do they even realize that they bear direct political responsibility for this corruption? Don't they want to explain to the people of Gyumri and Armenia how and why a petty corrupt official was turned into a mayor? Is taking bribes considered a virtuous act, just like calling for military coups and preparing terrorist acts?
