Investigation Initiated Regarding Audio Recordings of Paying Individuals to Attend "Our Way" Movement Rally

It was previously reported that audio recordings were circulating about paying people to attend the "Our Way" movement rally. In response to an inquiry from Auroranews.am, the National Police of Armenia announced that a report regarding this crime has been submitted to the Investigative Committee of Armenia.

“Based on the received report concerning the circulated audio recording, a criminal case has been initiated under the features of Article 236, part 2 of the Criminal Code (obstructing or coercing the holding of a gathering or participation in it, as well as materially incentivizing someone to participate in or refrain from participating in the gathering),” stated the Investigative Committee.
