Zelensky Has Not Achieved His Goals: There Is No Option for Ukraine's Capitulation, Merz

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has not achieved his goals during meetings with Donald Trump, but German Chancellor Friedrich Merz stated that there is no option for Ukraine's capitulation.

He expressed the opinion that the negotiations in Washington highlighted the necessity to strengthen European support for Ukraine in all directions. According to him, the war can only be concluded if Ukraine is militarily strong.

Ukraine's capitulation is not being considered, as the Chancellor believes that, in such a case, Moscow could attack another European country.
