Order of Participating Forces in Vagarshapat Elections Revealed

The Central Electoral Commission has conducted a draw for the party numbers to participate in the municipal council elections of Vagarshapat community in Armavir province, which will take place on November 16, 2025. The draw was carried out in alphabetical order based on the names of the parties and party alliances registered for the elections.

Thus, the registered parties in the Vagarshapat municipal council elections will contest under the following numbers:

• 1 - "Victory" Party Alliance consisting of "Forward" and "Armenian Revolutionary Alliance" Parties
• 2 - "Pan-Armenian Front" Party
• 3 - "Republic" Party
• 4 - "Mother Armenia" National-Democratic Party
• 5 - "Free Democrats" Party
• 6 - "Heritage" Party
• 7 - "Citizens' Contract" Party
• 8 - "Homeland" Party

During the meeting, the right to place campaign posters on outdoor advertising boards exceeding five square meters was distributed among the parties and party alliances participating in the elections. It is notable that there are two such boards, which have been allocated to the "Victory" Party Alliance and the "Mother Armenia" National-Democratic Party.

The Commission also amended its decision No. 18-N from March 27, 2025, regarding the procedure for accounting contributions and expenditures of campaign funds, as well as the form of the declaration concerning contributions to campaign funds and their use.

The pre-election campaign will start on October 22 and continue until November 14 at 24:00.

Declarations concerning the property and income of the parties, as well as the candidates listed in the electoral lists, will be posted on the Central Electoral Commission's website by October 30.

Reports on the financial inflows and outflows of the campaign funds of the parties and party alliances will be submitted to the Commission's supervisory service starting from October 25, with reports due every three working days.
