Egypt to Lead Military Coalition in Gaza

Egypt will lead a military coalition aimed at stabilizing the situation in Gaza. This was reported by The Guardian.

Western countries are reluctant to deploy their troops in Gaza, thus relying on a coalition of other nations. According to diplomatic sources within The Guardian, a resolution supported by Europe is being prepared, granting coalition forces the authority to oversee security in the Gaza Strip.

Egypt is considered the main candidate, although Azerbaijan, Indonesia, and Turkey may also send troops. British diplomats, acting in advisory roles, support this decision, hoping that Hamas will be more willing to hand over its weapons to Muslim forces, as this would not resemble capitulation.
