When Criticizing Ktirich Nersisyan is Blasphemy, Targeting Father Aram is a Holy Act? – Aleksanyan
Member of Parliament Vahagn Aleksanyan from the "Civil Contract" faction has addressed the incidents of targeting various clergymen following the arrests of the head of the Aragatsotn Diocese and other clergy on his Facebook page.
“What does it turn out based on the logic of agents? When Ktirich Nersisyan is criticized, or for instance that so-called Arshak, it is anti-church blasphemy. But when agents vilely insult and target the active priest of the Armenian Apostolic Church, Father Aram, is that a holy act? Don’t these people (members of the agent network) automatically become ‘anti-church, blasphemous scoundrels’ when they criticize, insult, and demean Father Aram based on their own logic? At least let that so-called Arshak come down from his perch and give us a ‘summary’ so we know,” wrote the MP.
