Azerbaijan Publishes So-Called "Zangezur Corridor" Map: Armenian Place Names Turkified

Yesterday, a mapping organization operating under state authority in Azerbaijan published the so-called "Zangezur Corridor" map. Upon examining it, one can observe that Armenian place names have been Turkified, and there are no markings along the road indicating any crossing points. In short, it's a sad map. This was reported by Turkologist Varoujan Geghamyan.

“Just a few days ago, according to information published by ODA TV, one of Turkey's major opposition media outlets (known for its sensational news but boasting a large and influential audience), the de facto authorities of Armenia have agreed to effectively hand over an area of approximately 1,200 square kilometers in Syunik (from Meghri to Kapan) to the control of Turkey and Azerbaijan within the framework of the "Zangezur Corridor." Additionally, a small neutral zone near the Armenian-Turkish Margara crossing is set to be placed under Turkey's 'special administrative control,'” he stated.
