United Kingdom Transfers Hundreds of Missiles to Ukraine

The United Kingdom has transferred hundreds of air defense missiles to Ukraine during the visit of Kyiv's Minister of Defense and Industry, Luke Pollard. The missiles were delivered five months ahead of schedule.

These are LMM light multi-role missiles, produced as part of the British program for military support to Ukraine. They are used to protect the country’s airspace.

The UK government has also announced that £1.6 billion will be allocated for the integration of LMM missiles into Ukraine's air defense system. Pollard noted that the total volume of military aid to Ukraine will reach £4.5 billion by 2025.
