Germany to Allow Police to Shoot Down Drones
Germany will allow police to shoot down drones. This was reported by Reuters.
The new law has been approved by the cabinet and is awaiting parliamentary confirmation. According to the document, drones will be used for monitoring large events, stations, airports, and other infrastructure objects.
For the implementation of the project, €25 million has been allocated for their own drones and an additional €90 million for equipment to combat 'hostile' UAVs.
