David Khudatyan on Robert Kocharian's Press Conference

If you think that in 2021 I really enjoyed having 8-10 meetings and traveling all over the Republic of Armenia, of course, I did not. This is what the Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures of Armenia, David Khudatyan, wrote on his Facebook page.

"This is a direct quote from Robert Kocharian's press conference today, who held the position of the country's leader for ten years. It is impossible to describe the relationship between Robert Kocharian and the citizen of the Republic of Armenia better than this; it is simply impossible," wrote Khudatyan.
