5 Thousand Casualties Birthed the Peace Agenda: Kocharian on Pashinyan

It is paradoxical that the person who brought about war speaks of peace. This was stated by Armenia's second president Robert Kocharian during a press conference.

"In 2018, he was not speaking about peace because there was peace, but there was no peace agenda. When there is no peace, a peace agenda emerges. He has brought war; through his actions, he has birthed a peace agenda with 5,000 casualties and 11,000 wounded. The absurdity in this is that he tries to be the author of that agenda and monopolize it. We must show that this is an absolute lie; such a thing does not exist," he said.
