Following the tragic death of Parakar community leader Valodia Grigoryan, the "Living Land" faction will nominate Onik Hakobyan for the leadership position of the community. This was reported by the "Fact" newspaper.

"He has been the second on the list in both the 2025 and 2021 elections. According to our information, Onik Hakobyan has extensive management experience, is well-versed in the community's issues, and is likely to be elected as the leader of the Parakar community," the newspaper reported.

The elections for the new leader of the Parakar community will take place on October 7.
