Vardan Ghukasyan Will Not Be Extradited: Court Decision Announced

The DOC party's press service reports: “As per the decision of the Migration Court, the honorary president of the DOC party, Vardan Ghukasyan, will not be extradited to Armenia. At the same time, the court found that Vardan Ghukasyan had committed violations of migration regulations, and therefore he must leave the United States.” More detailed information regarding the court's ruling will be provided on Monday during a press conference by lawyer Mr. Baghdasaryan.
