Narek Karapetyan, Vice President of the Tashir Group of Companies, writes: “The temporary manager of HEC from the ruling party has published data claiming that 8,320 kW/h of over-reporting has been discovered at the company. Several newspapers aligned with the ruling party have also shared poignant thoughts, suggesting they have 'finally found something'.
