I Am Preparing to Sue the Government of Armenia: Vardan Ghukasian

I am preparing to sue the government of the Republic of Armenia in the coming days. There has not been a mayor in this country since independence who has sued the government,

stated Vardan Ghukasian, the Mayor of Gyumri. “58 billion drams are taken from Gyumri to the state budget, and only 4 billion are returned. They should allocate 27 billion drams to our city, but they are only giving 4 billion. This is why I am going to sue the government,” Ghukasian noted.
