You have privatized schools and kindergartens, turning them into barns or private housing. This was stated by Arthur Hovhannisyan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' faction in the National Assembly.

'We are just learning how to build schools or kindergartens, because before that, you taught us how to destroy them,' said Arthur Hovhannisyan.
