Veolia Water LLC Fined 20 Million Dram

Veolia Water LLC has been fined 20 million dram based on violations recorded by the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC). During the commission’s meeting on September 30, Veolia Water LLC was held administratively liable for failing to comply with the water supply schedule and the requirements of the regulatory body within the specified deadlines.

The first violation involved the company’s failure to adhere to Clause 136 of the drinking water supply and wastewater service provision rules, which pertains to the violation of the water supply schedule published on the company’s official website for the village of Saralanj in 2025. In the second case, the company failed to respond to a total of 21 inquiries from the commission within the established deadlines, thereby violating Clause 164 of the rules.

Considering the established violations within the administrative proceedings, the PSRC imposed a fine of ten million dram for each infraction against Veolia Water LLC.
