Some high-paid employees dismissed from HETC: Romanos Petrosyan

The management of the High Electrical Networks Company (HETC) and the directors of its branches have not received bonuses for the month of August either. As a result, the company's payroll fund has once again resulted in additional savings exceeding 20 million AMD. This was stated by the temporary manager of HETC, Romanos Petrosyan, on his Facebook page.

He particularly noted, “There are numerous high-paid positions within the management of HETC (even an entire department) that have not been assigned any specific functions or responsibilities until now, yet these have been occupied by individuals connected in some way to the owners of the company and the former high management, enjoying their favor. After the dismissal of these individuals, those positions will not be filled again, as there is no longer a need for them in the current management phase of HETC, until the cleaning of the organizational chart from such 'parasite' positions (this function is within the authority of the Board of Directors according to the Charter).”

Due to these positions remaining vacant, in addition to the aforementioned, there have been additional savings of over 15 million AMD in the past two months. Accordingly, these funds were distributed proportionally as additional bonuses among approximately 1,669 employees of HETC, as per a special order from the temporary manager of HETC, with their total remuneration for August (salary + bonus) not exceeding 200,000 AMD (including taxes); thus, their payment for that month increased by an additional 10-20%.

This group includes hundreds of inspectors, technicians, fitters, locksmiths, laborers, drivers, and this time, many supervisors as well. I would like to express my gratitude to all our diligent and honest employees. HETC must serve our people.”
