Ruyten: Conflict in Ukraine Will End Through Negotiations

The NATO Secretary General Ruyten stated that the war in Ukraine will conclude not with a victory for one side, but through negotiations.

“Every conflict ends, although not always through negotiations. We won in World War II, we won in the Cold War against Reagan and Thatcher. The conflict in Ukraine will most likely end through negotiations,” said Ruyten.

Ruyten added that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should be confident in Ukraine's defense following any peace agreement or ceasefire.
