The Living Country Responds to the Murder of Parakar Leader Valodia Grigoryan

The Living Country party has responded to the murder of its representative, Valodia Grigoryan, the head of the Parakar community in the Armavir province. "Our best friend, an extraordinary patriot, the head of the Parakar community, and a member of the political council of the Living Country party, Valodia Grigoryan, has been killed. May God enlighten his soul..." the statement reads.

Earlier, the press service of the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs announced that Valodia Grigoryan and Karen Abrahamyan, an operative of the Chief Directorate of Criminal Investigation of the RA Police, were killed in the village of Mraza on the evening of September 23, with Abrahamyan not performing official duties at the time of the incident.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan strongly condemned the murder that took place in Mraza.
