Terrorism is Unacceptable and Must Receive a Proportional Response: Avinyan

Tigran Avinyan writes on his Facebook page: "We strongly condemn the horrific armed attack that occurred in the town of Mrazaan, part of the enlarged community of Parakar, which resulted in the deaths of community leader Valodya Grigoryan and his companion. We extend our deepest condolences to the families and loved ones of the victims, as well as to the entire community of Parakar. We wish a speedy and full recovery to the injured party.

The Union of Communities calls on the law enforcement agencies of Armenia to conduct a swift and thorough investigation to hold the organizers and perpetrators of the crime to the highest accountability. The Union of Communities reaffirms its full support to all mayors and residents, emphasizing that any form of violence or terrorism is unacceptable and must receive a legal proportional response."
