Aliyev is 'Not Doing Well': Ararat Mirzoyan on Statements from Aliyev

Work is ongoing through interactions, discussions, and negotiations between the delegations of Armenia and the United States. We have a common understanding with the Azerbaijani side, which is articulated in the signed Washington Declaration that affirms the unblockage will take place under the principles of territorial integrity, inviolability of borders, sovereignty, and corresponding jurisdictions of both countries.

This was stated by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan during a conversation with reporters, referring to the works related to the 'Trump's path.' In response to the question of why the term 'unimpeded' was not used for the Armenian side as well, Mirzoyan answered, 'Is there any sense in asking the same question 50 thousand times? We have answered that question countless times; it is the same thing, it is written as unimpeded, mutual advantage. There are dozens of conventions and international documents where Armenia has obligations regarding this same unimpeded issue, and not just towards Azerbaijan.'

Addressing Aliyev's term concerning the 'Zangezur Corridor,' Ararat Mirzoyan noted that Aliyev is 'not doing well.' Speaking about the 'Peace Agreement,' the foreign minister stated that they are ready to begin work immediately.
