Significant Drop in Air Temperature in Armenia

Today, the air temperature in Armenia is expected to decrease significantly. This information has been provided by the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center.

"The air temperature will drop by 8-12 degrees during the day on September 19, and will rise by 4-5 degrees on the 20th," the report states.

During the day, rain and thunderstorms are expected in most regions, with heavy rain possible in some areas, along with the possibility of hail. Wind gusts are anticipated during thunderstorms, reaching speeds of 18-22 m/s.

Rain and thunderstorms are also expected in Yerevan today, with wind speeds potentially reaching 15-17 m/s during the storms. During daytime hours, the air temperature in the capital is forecasted to range between +18-20 degrees, while at night, it will drop to around +10-12 degrees.
