Putin Has 'Bitten Off More Than He Can Chew,' According to British Intelligence

Russian President Vladimir Putin is not interested in a peace agreement that does not end with Ukraine's capitulation. This statement was made by Richard Moore, head of the British foreign intelligence service (MI6).

According to him, there is no evidence that the Russian leader is seeking a peaceful resolution, or that any such resolution would not lead to Ukraine's defeat.

The head of British intelligence also noted that Putin has 'bitten off more than he can chew' and has misjudged the potential of the Ukrainian army.
