Mamikjanyan Officially Appeals to Kalas

Considering the closure of the International Committee of the Red Cross office in Azerbaijan, today the head of the "Honorary Duty" parliamentary faction, Haik Mamikjanyan, sent an official letter to the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaia Kalas, and the EU Ambassador in Armenia, Vasilis Maraghos, requesting that the EU ambassador in Azerbaijan visit our captives being held in Baku.

In the letter, I presented the dangers threatening our compatriots in Baku's prison, the staged trials, and the humanitarian importance of such visits from a humanitarian perspective,” stated Mamikjanyan.
