Gagik Tsarukyan on Participating in Elections
“The time will come, and I will say everything. I am thinking, communicating, and having discussions with various experts. Today in Armenia, there is not a single person or party that can pull our country out of its current situation,” said Gagik Tsarukyan in a conversation with journalists, responding to a question about whether he plans to participate in the upcoming elections.
“There needs to be discussion and unification. All sectors must be examined – what the issues are in each sector, and what needs to be done so that people can make a living from their work,” Tsarukyan stated.
In response to a journalist's question about how he envisions this unification considering the recent political persecution in Armenia, Gagik Tsarukyan replied: “There must be peace and camaraderie in Armenia; hatred, jealousy, and malice must be eliminated. For me, Armenia is one big family. If within the family people cannot listen to each other, work together, and live in harmony, nothing will be effective. We need to stop sitting around, gossiping, and throwing dirt at one another, but rather each person should say what they want to do, what proposals they have,” Tsarukyan added.
