Israeli Colonel Issues Threat Against Turkey

Following Israel's attack on the Palestinian negotiation delegation, retired Colonel Moshe Elad has issued a threat against Turkey. He stated that Turkey could be next, asserting that Istanbul and Ankara are in danger.

The Israeli colonel also mentioned that in the event of a possible attack, NATO would not unconditionally support Turkey. According to him, Turkey believes that its NATO membership grants it immunity, but NATO is not an organization that operates by consensus. Decisions there are rarely made unanimously.

“There is no guarantee that NATO will unconditionally support Turkey,” the colonel emphasized.
