EU Completes Work on 19th Sanctions Package Against Russia

The European Union is finalizing a new sanctions package against Russia, announced the head of European diplomacy, Kaia Kallas. “We are completing the work on the 19th package, we are exploring additional restrictions on Russian oil and shadow fleets,” she wrote on the X social network on Friday.

Previously, France’s acting foreign minister Jean-Noel Barrot announced that the new sanctions package against Russia, coordinated with the United States, would be presented on September 15.
