Arthur Khachatryan Addresses the Pashinyan–Aliyev Bilateral Agreement

Why did Pashinyan go and sign the Washington document just to come here and say that the future filled with peace, prosperity, love, and harmony has already arrived? This was stated by MP Arthur Khachatryan of the 'Armenia' faction in the National Assembly.

The opposition MP referred to the Pashinyan–Aliyev bilateral agreement in the National Assembly, specifically emphasizing its bilateral nature rather than a trilateral one.

“According to Article 3 of the document, Azerbaijan receives unobstructed access to Nakhichevan; what does Armenia gain? Mutual advantages in international and domestic communications. In other words, Azerbaijan receives a clear, measurable unobstructed access, while Armenia gains an amorphous advantage,” the MP stated.
