Earlier, it was revealed that the report of the investigative commission regarding the circumstances of the 44-day war has been sent to the Speaker of the National Assembly. "The issue of removing the 102nd Russian military base from Gyumri has not been discussed; we have not had such conversations," Simonyan told reporters at the National Assembly, adding that he could not provide any new information on that topic.
