We do not create an ethics committee for individual cases, but instead, we are initiating the establishment of a permanently functioning ethics committee, under whose activity any possible incident or any case subject to examination will immediately become the subject of that committee's review.

This was stated by Vahagn Aleksanyan, a member of the 'Civil Contract' parliamentary group, during a parliamentary briefing.

Regarding a question from one of the journalists about how he views the behavior of Arthur Hovhannisyan, secretary of the 'Civil Contract' group, in connection with the incident involving opposition MP Takhuhy Tovmasyan, and whether he has spoken with Hovhannisyan about the issue, Aleksanyan responded: 'I constantly talk to Mr. Hovhannisyan; I also discussed it after the incident, but I can't share the details with you, and I am not ready to make any public comments on this topic.'
