Discussions Planned with the U.S., Including Implementation of the 'Trump Route'

Upcoming discussions are planned with the American side, including the implementation of the 'Trump Route'. This was reported to Azatutyun by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ani Badalyan.

The spokesperson indicated that updates about the visit of U.S. partners to Yerevan and the discussions will be shared as they progress.

It is reminded that following a meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, U.S. President Donald Trump, and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in Washington earlier this August, a declaration was adopted regarding the preliminary signing of an agreement on establishing peace and inter-state relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Yerevan has also agreed to collaborate with Washington and other parties to create the 'Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity', which envisions a connection between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Nakhchivan through Armenian territory.
