The U.S. Has Not Been Invited to the World Atomic Week in Moscow
The U.S. has not been included in the list of invitees for the international forum "World Atomic Week" scheduled to take place in Moscow at the end of September, stated Alexey Likhachev, the CEO of Rosatom, to RIA Novosti.
"No. Whether they will come or not, I don't know, but they have not been invited," Likhachev said in response to a question about the U.S. participation.
The international forum will take place from September 25 to 28 at the VDNH. It will feature representatives from countries developing nuclear programs, leading experts from around the world, and heads of major companies. The forum coincides with the 80th anniversary of Russia's nuclear industry.
