Martuni Stadium Not Returned 'Piece by Piece': Nikol Pashinyan Has Deceived, Says 'Zhoghovurd'
On June 26 of this year, Nikol Pashinyan, presenting his 'piece by piece' operation, proclaimed that the ownership rights of the Martuni community's sports ground located at 22 Getapnya Street, Gegharkunik Province, have been restored. The market-value cadastral assessment of the 6.5-hectare land plot is approximately 123 million AMD.
This was reported by the 'Zhoghovurd' newspaper. Martuni community head Hovik Hoveyan stated, 'The real estate property comprising 6.5 hectares of the sports ground located at 22 Getapnya Street in the Martuni community has never belonged to the sole heir of the deceased Harutyun Harutyunyan. The land plot in question was transferred to the community by the Government of Armenia's decision No. 135-N dated January 26, 2006.'
'In this case, the question arises how Nikol Pashinyan has returned the community-owned land plot 'piece by piece' since 2006 and boasts of having returned it while estimating its market value at 123 million AMD. This indicates that once again, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is deceiving citizens, lying, and confusing them with tiresome headlines about the return of stolen property,' the newspaper writes.
