Don't Expect Principles from That Man: Arthur Khachatryan on Nikol Pashinyan
Nikol Pashinyan has no restrictions on saying one thing at breakfast, singing at lunch, and then stating at dinner, “I haven’t even touched on this topic at all.” This was stated by Arthur Khachatryan, a deputy from the "Armenia" faction, during a conversation with reporters regarding the developments that took place in China yesterday.
According to him, this is not the first instance and, unfortunately, it will not be the last as long as Pashinyan remains the head of the Armenian government.
“Don’t expect principles from that man. It was convenient for him to say that at one moment, and then it’s convenient to contradict it the next moment. Do you remember how they praised Biden’s administration, saying we’ve never had such relations with the U.S., we achieved great successes, but just a few days ago, he announced that relations with the U.S. have never been better?”
Referring to the photographs with Aliyev and Erdogan, the deputy noted that this is part of Nikol Pashinyan’s political strategy. “He wants to say, ‘I have come, I have established peace, nothing threatens us, vote for us so that other people don’t come and ruin the atmosphere of love and harmony with the Turks and Azerbaijanis.' By the way, Azerbaijanis are also spreading the same propaganda that if Pashinyan is not there, the situation will be dire.”
