EU countries are unprepared to impose even the easiest sanctions against Israel due to the situation in Gaza. This was stated by the head of European diplomacy, Kaia Kallas.

“Today we will certainly not make any decisions. This sends a signal that we are divided into several groups and are not speaking with one voice,” she said.

She also announced that the EU foreign ministers would not make decisions regarding the 19th package of sanctions against Russia at their upcoming meeting in Copenhagen.
