Once, there was an opposition figure who was labeled a 'hollow drum' by the authorities

“Once, there was an opposition figure who was labeled a ‘hollow drum’ by the authorities at the time. Now, almost the entire opposition has become a ‘hollow drum’, including those who previously labeled others in this way. The government has published the memorandums between Armenia and the United States, which, to the surprise of all those hollow drums, stem from the interests of the Armenian state, just like the previously published Peace Agreement and the trilateral statements between Armenia, the United States, and Azerbaijan.

The fact is that those hollow drums will never become ‘full’ or substantial, while the government and our political team will consistently advance the interests of the Armenian state,” writes Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan.
