The Path to Peace in Ukraine Passes Through New Delhi: White House

Peter Navarro, the trade and economic advisor to the White House, stated on Bloomberg television that "the path to peace in Ukraine passes through New Delhi." Navarro indicated that the White House is prepared to halve trade tariffs as early as tomorrow if India stops purchasing Russian oil.

India regards these allegations as unjust. Commenting on Navarro's statements, Indian External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar noted that China remains the main buyer of Russian oil, while the European Union is the primary purchaser of Russian liquefied natural gas, as reported by DW.
