EU Summons Russian Ambassador: Moscow Must Provide Explanation, Says Kaia Kallas

The European Union has summoned the Russian ambassador to Brussels. This was announced on the social media platform 'X' by the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Kaia Kallas.

"After the damage caused by Russia to our mission in Kyiv, I spoke with our partners there. No diplomatic mission should be targeted. In response, we are summoning the Russian ambassador to Brussels," Kallas stated.

It is worth recalling that earlier reports indicated that Russia had targeted EU diplomats in Ukraine.
