A Powerful Outburst Occurred on the Sun

A powerful outburst of the second-to-last intensity class has been recorded on the Sun. This was reported by TASS, referencing the Institute of Applied Geophysics (Federal Budgetary Institution 'IPG').

According to the report, "On August 28, at 17:16 Moscow time, an outburst with a magnitude of M1.1 lasting 11 minutes was registered in the X-ray range." The publication notes that, according to forecasts, an increase in activity is expected, with the potential for large visible particle breaks and the emergence of higher class outbursts in the impact zone on Earth.
