OSCE Minsk Group May Be Dissolved on September 1

During a meeting with representatives of the Non-Aligned Movement's youth organization, Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Yalchin Rafiev reminded that two main conditions have been set for signing a peace agreement with Armenia. He stated, "One of them is the dissolution of the OSCE Minsk Group, the other is making amendments to the Armenian Constitution. One of these has already been fulfilled. The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia have already sent a joint message to the OSCE Chair regarding the dissolution of the Minsk Group. The final decision is expected to be made on September 1," announced Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Yalchin Rafiev.
