Elon Musk Sues Apple

American billionaire Elon Musk has filed a lawsuit against Apple and OpenAI, accusing them of conspiring against xAI. According to Reuters, Musk claims that "Apple and OpenAI have monopolized the markets and created obstacles for competition from innovative companies like X and xAI."

The lawsuit alleges that Apple has integrated ChatGPT with OpenAI into its devices, including iPhone, iPad, and Mac, and is limiting the visibility of the X and Grok applications in the App Store due to an exclusive deal with OpenAI. xAI is seeking several billion dollars in damages.

OpenAI has stated that they view this lawsuit as part of a continuing campaign of harassment from Musk.
