Several European Countries Suspend Postal Services with the U.S.

Several European countries have suspended postal services with the United States following U.S. President Donald Trump's cancellation of tax exemptions for imported goods valued under $800. This was reported by Euronews.

The White House stated that the move is aimed at combating illegal and abusive activities, including the illicit importation of drugs into the U.S. The decision will not affect letters and small packages valued at less than $100.

Starting next week, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands will temporarily suspend services, while Belgium has already stopped sending packages to the U.S.
