Pezeşkian Travels to Belarus for Meeting with Lukashenko: Details
The President of Iran has arrived in Belarus. This was reported by the Belarusian state news agency BelTA.
The President of Belarus emphasized his country's readiness to cooperate with Iran in all sectors, ranging from food supply to military-technical collaboration. ‘There are no closed or unresolved issues between Iran and Belarus. We are not against anyone, we are doing everything for the welfare of the peoples of both countries,’ he stated during his meeting with his Iranian counterpart.
Pezeşkian was welcomed by Andrei Kuznetsov, head of the Belarusian Ministry of Industry and co-chairman of the Belarus-Iran Economic Cooperation Commission, as well as Sergei Lukashevich, first deputy head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dmitry Koltsov, the Ambassador of Belarus to Tehran, and Sanei Alireza, head of the Iranian diplomatic mission.
It is noted that he was on a visit to Yerevan from the 18th to the 19th.
