Arpine Sargsyan to Be Provided with a New $125,000 Vehicle

Arpine Sargsyan, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, will be provided with a new vehicle worth $125,000. The government has approved the relevant decision.

The project states that the vehicle currently serving the minister is from 2014 and has become worn out, leading to additional costs. “The mileage of the vehicle has already exceeded 350,000 kilometers and it has become dangerous and unreliable for servicing. As the Minister of Internal Affairs is also a member of the Security Council, it has become necessary, for security reasons, to procure a new vehicle for the Minister of Internal Affairs as soon as possible,” the project states.

The government has decided to take 48 million 400 thousand drams from the funds allocated for improving the building conditions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and allocate it for the purchase of the vehicle.
