It’s Not as Exaggerated as Reported: Pezeshkian Talks About the ‘Trump Route’
It’s not as exaggerated as reported. The demands of the Islamic Republic have been taken into account in relation to this route. This was stated by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian regarding the 'Trump Route' in Syunik.
When asked whether the presence of the United States is a concern for Iran, he replied, 'One of the questions is that. But issues regarding territorial integrity and ensuring that our route to Europe or the north is not blocked have been considered. The only concern is that the American and Armenian companies will be the ones constructing this route.'
It is noteworthy that recently in Washington, Nikol Pashinyan, Ilham Aliyev, and Donald Trump officially agreed on the operation of the 'Trump Route'.
