Azerbaijan's Armed Forces Open Fire on Excavator in Syunik: Armenian Ministry of Defense

On August 4, around 13:10, units of Azerbaijan's Armed Forces opened fire on an excavator engaged in the construction of inter-positional roads, located 4500 meters northeast of the village of Verishen in the Syunik region. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense.
No injuries have been reported. We call on the Azerbaijani side to investigate the incident of gunfire and provide public clarifications.
